HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email noting that your order has been processed. Once your order is shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All skate covers are made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship out.

WHAT DO I DO IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please email us immediately at shop5thleo@gmail.com. If your product is shipped to the incorrect address, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee to receive order. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

We are currently not accepting returns. If you have a concern with your order, please email shop5thleo@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after purchase. We are unable to accept cancellations after your order has shipped.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

WILL THE SKATE COVERS PROTECT MY SKATES?

Our skate covers are fashion covers for your skates. They are not intended to protect your skates from hard falls, but are useful to keeping them free of dirt. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT?

No, we are not that swanky yet!
